We DO NOT accept returns for:
- 🔁 “Changed my mind” or “Not what I expected”
- 🎨 Minor color variations (due to lighting or display settings)
- 🧩 Used items or those with damaged packaging (affects hygiene or collector value)

You may request a return or refund ONLY if:
- 📦 Item arrived damaged or defective (unboxing video required)
- 🔄 You received the wrong item (photo proof required)
- 🚚 Package lost in transit (after 45 days, major orders only)

- Proof (photos/videos)
- Our team will review and respond with return instructions.
- Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise stated.
- Include original packaging or receipt if possible.
- Ship via a trackable service — we are not liable for lost returns.

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Prefer store credit? 🎁 Choose it and get an extra +10% bonus!
- Mark package as “Return to Seller” to avoid extra customs.
- You’re responsible for return postage, customs duties, and any taxes.
- Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
